HI I’M LAUREN

It is my mission for every woman to know just how powerful she is - this give me chills. And for her to feel fully supported with the different roles she plays in her life.

I lost my confidence when I embarked on a Business Mastermind when I was pregnant with my first babe. Being in the wrong mastermind (for me) coupled with my struggling mental health - I lost all of my confidence. So much so I couldn’t open my laptop for months and my business and me suffered.

I went into mamahood hoping nothing in my life would change but everything did- and now I know, it changed for the better.

I have re-designed how I do everything and I have become more dedicated to myself than ever. As none of it happens without me.

I am passionate ambitious women not feeling like they have to choose between their business, their babies and themselves.

I work with women who are in the throws of it all to feel calm and confident with who they are and how they do things so that they can be the best mama, leader, partner, sister, daughter, SELVES they can be.

It’s not about doing it all, it’s about having all you desire.

I combine Science, Spirituality, Mindset, Subconscious Programming and Energy Techniques to remind you of your true power, in a place that feels like your sanctuary.

I help my clients feel like nothing is out of their reach, ♡♡♡ through transformational nervous system and mindset tools, building self-worth and self-trust, creating their ♡♡♡ vision and living it.

The relationship you have with yourself is the most important of them alL.
